Third Age Films is the U3A's first film production unit, and the only U3A group in the country actively making feature films.
Our 7th season of productions will begin with the crew on location for several weeks shooting A Nice Cup of Tea: a black comedy. Back in the studio pre-production work will continue on our fourth major feature film entitled Identity Theft, a period drama set in 1920s Paris and Orleans, and in Bournemouth and parts of Dorset.
We are please to announce that our Berlin Film Festival Entry, the espionage drama The Sweetman File, is being screened at the Shelley Theatre, Boscombe on Thursday 16th November 2017. Tickets are now on sale at their box office, or on-line at www.shelleytheatre.co.uk Please be aware that this is a public screening, and as with any other film, tickets and promotion is not limited to the U3A.
